Program Description

The ESL Foundation Course aims to provide non-native English speakers of all proficiency levels with a strong and practical introduction to the language.

Through personalized instruction, interactive learning, and focus on essential language skills, students will develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. The course also offers cultural insights and regular progress assessments in a supportive and flexible learning environment.

By the end of the program, students will gain the confidence to communicate effectively in various real-life situations and lay a solid foundation for further English language growth.

Learninng Outcomes

By the end of the program, students will gain the confidence to communicate effectively in various real-life situations and lay a solid foundation for further English language growth.

This program does not require approval by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. As such, PTIB did not review this program.

Any applicants under 19 years of age require parental permission, as indicated on the application form.

A language test will be administered to determine the appropriate level of program entry.

The approximate equivalent to other English evaluation tests may include Cambridge ESOL, Canadian Language Benchmarks, EF, TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL and Track Test (CEFR) and similar.
